PID Temperature Control: ±1°C Precision, No Burn-Through, No Cold Welds

The machine is equipped with a PID automatic constant-temperature system that monitors and adjusts heating power in real time. Temperature fluctuations are contained within an extremely narrow range, preventing burn-through from overheating or insufficient fusion from inadequate heat. With a 0–450°C continuously adjustable range, it accommodates geomembrane thicknesses from 0.8mm to 3.0mm.
